Please allow a standard delivery time of up to 28 days from order. We endeavour to keep all items offered on this web site permanently in stock, and usually goods are dispatched within 7 days of receipt of order.

If an item is out of stock the maximum time of 28 days is applicable. In extreme cases where stocks are running later than planned, we will offer you a choice of alternate colour within the same style or an alternate style.

In these cases you have total flexibility to wait for your original style, select an alternate, or cancel the order for a full refund.

Returns

No-Quibble Returns

We at Ceannaire Medical offer a 100% no-quibble returns policy. If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided that you return them to us unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging. For reasons of hygiene washed or worn garments will not be exchanged or refunded.

How to Cancel

Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven days after delivery.

To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Services team on please contact our customer services team on – 074 939 0245 alternately please e-mail us at info@ceannairemedical.com giving your order number, and our customer service team will be happy to help.

If we have already shipped the order our customer services team will give you instructions on how to return the goods.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have proof of posting.

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.

We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days after we receive your notification.
